This book aims to explore the correlation between pathology and molecular biology with the clinical and diagnostic features, management, and outcome of meningiomas. With its unique structure consisting of 6 parts and 22 chapters, it provides a comprehensive analysis of this topic. Each chapter delves into the pathological features, emphasizing their clinical implications, making this book distinct from others in its field.

Several topics discussed in this book are not found in other texts. These include the hormone-related clinical factors, the clinical impact of the 2021 WHO Classification of tumors of the CNS, the clinical and prognostic role of hormone-receptor expression, the pattern of dural invasion, the brain-tumor interface and brain invasion, and the radiomics.

Part I serves as an introduction, focusing on the most recent research on the origin and growth of meningiomas.
